I created Marginalia Musings (the Marginalia) as a result of two main irritants: I hate academic writing (and needed somewhere to actually be excited about narrative or media again), and social media/the internet is becoming a walled garden. I'm tired of having to find people I follow or who followed me or I like after each purge, so for now I'm here.
So if you'd like to hear me (or read me, I guess) talk about stuff I generally like or books I've been reading or even weird music things, plus the stuff I doodle or write in the margins, pull up a chair and grab a beverage of your choice. I'm glad to have you/ I'm glad you're here.
For now, while I'm still working on the hard launch and establishing some kind of consistency everything is accessible at the free tier. In the future. I might set up paid tiers, however the majority of the Marginalia will be accessible for free.
